1. Our services
Clevysol provides consulting services including Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) consulting; ISO 27000 series consulting; SOC 2 readiness consulting; cyber security tools and services; cloud solutions; infrastructure planning and optimization; data analytics and business intelligence; IT strategy consulting; and software solutions and application consulting.
The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are defined in the applicable SOW.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or use it in a way that impairs its availability to others.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to relevant personnel, systems and documentation; to nominate decision-makers; and to make good-faith decisions reasonably needed to keep the engagement on schedule. Delays in providing access or decisions may affect timelines and, where applicable, fees.
4. Independence and certification
Clevysol is an independent consulting firm. We are not a certification body, an accredited registrar or a licensed CPA firm, and we do not issue ISO certificates or SOC attestation reports. Certification and attestation decisions rest solely with the certification body or auditor you appoint — we prepare you for that process and coordinate with them.
5. Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared specifically for an engagement are licensed to the client upon full payment for internal business use. Clevysol retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, frameworks and generic tooling, and may reuse anonymised experience in future work.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential information secret and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. We are happy to execute a mutual NDA before detailed discussions begin.
7. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in the applicable currency in the SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
Consulting services are provided with reasonable professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific audit outcomes, certification, regulatory approval or commercial results, as these depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the SOW. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable, and completed deliverables are handed over.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause agreed in the SOW. Questions: sales@clevysol.com.
